Reverse Engineered Patterns

Our range of services includes the ability to manufacture accurate patterns from a sample casting or broken component.

Resin Patterns

By utilising a variety of different specification modern resin systems, our craftsmen can produce high quality resin foundry patterns for production applications. Additionally, this technology is ideal for manufacturing one-off or low volume vac form tooling and decorative items. By utilising GRP resin systems, we can manufacture drill and trim masks that are used extensively in the automotive and aerospace industries as well as prototype jobs to suit application.

Metal Patterns

Metal Pattern equipment can be supplied which is suited to high volume applications including gravity dies and pressure dies for all industries, In addition we can manufacture jigs, fixtures and tooling for machining as well as vac form tooling for the packaging industry.
